Helen

Practice Principal & Optometrist

Passionate about personalised eyecare, independent prescribing and helping patients feel confident in both their vision and eyewear choices. Helen Graduated from Aston University in 1988 and purchased Jacksons in 2007. Having moved from Cheshire to Anglesey, she always jokes that she must love her patients to put up with a 2 hour commute!

Michelle

Senior Optometrist

Known for her calm and reassuring approach, Michelle combines clinical expertise with genuine personal attention to help patients feel informed and comfortable. Michelle is passionate about optometry and in her spare time enjoys running and coaching junior athletes with special needs.

Practice Manager

Supporting patients throughout their journey and helping the practice run smoothly behind the scenes. Often one of the first friendly faces patients see when they visit Jacksons. Kate Joined Jacksons in 2018 having relocated from the Lake District. In her spare time she is an avid gardener and baker.

Optical Stylist

A familiar face to many long standing patients, Jo combines years of experience with practical advice and a calm, reassuring approach that patients value. Jo started with the Late Mr Jackson as a receptionist when she left school at 16 making her our longest serving teem mate. Jo is never happier than when she is surrounded by her family.

Director

As Helen’s son, Felix represents the next generation at Jacksons. Working largely behind the scenes, he helps shape the direction and future development of the practice, bringing a fresh perspective while working closely with Helen and the team.

Working alongside the team, Emma provides personalised hearing care through the Hearing Care Partnership with a calm and reassuring approach. Emma helps patients feel informed and supported in their hearing health. Emma lived abroad for many years and always enjoys a good travellers tale.
