MacuShield Gold contains zinc, copper and vitamins to nourish your eyes. It is an AREDS 2 formulation. AREDS/AREDS2 suggest that taking nutritional supplements may help to reduce the progression of AMD.
Reduces risk of progression of AMD
Designed to enrich the macular pigment to reduce the risk of progression of Age-related Macular Degeneration (AMD). MacuShield® Gold is a three-a-day product. The 3 capsules can be taken together, or separately throughout the day but we always recommend taking them with a meal.
Pregnant or lactating women, or those taking medication for blood thinning should consult a doctor or pharmacist before using this product.
