Thanks to the power of the internet, one of our most recent new patients made contact with the practice to arrange a sight test even though he and his partner live in France! Mr. B was having problems finding a frame that was comfortable. He had tried several opticians in France and had even tried buying online ( a disaster with a full refund) before finding our website.
He corresponded with the practice by email and made an appointment with us for when he was in the UK on a routine visit.
I am delighted to say that the visit was a success – we found a stunning steel and French navy frame by Evatik which fitted well and looked fantastic. We even managed to get them glazed with lenses before he returned home to France!
